Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Snuggletale, a bedtime story app operated by Dymolabs. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. Snuggletale is intended for use by adults (parents and guardians) with their children.
Your account
You sign in with Apple or Google and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be an adult able to form a binding contract in your country, and you must have the authority to provide and consent on behalf of any child you set up a story for.
What Snuggletale does
Snuggletale creates personalized, narrated bedtime stories from the details you provide, and lets you save and replay them. Stories are generated with AI and will vary; we do not guarantee any specific content, and you are responsible for reviewing a story’s suitability for your child before sharing it.
Acceptable use
- Use Snuggletale only for personal, family bedtime use.
- Do not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes others’ rights, and do not enter another person’s details without their permission.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service or its usage limits.
Subscriptions, allowances, and billing
Snuggletale offers a free allowance of newly created stories and a paid subscription for more. Saved stories can be replayed without using your allowance.
Subscriptions are sold through the App Store and billed to your Apple account. Price, trial length, and renewal terms are shown at purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; manage or cancel in your App Store account settings at least 24 hours before the period ends. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and are handled by Apple.
Content and ownership
The details you enter remain yours. Subject to these terms and our providers’ terms, you may use the stories Snuggletale generates for you for personal, family use. Snuggletale, its software, brand, and curated assets remain the property of Dymolabs.
AI-generated content
Stories, illustrations, and narration are produced by third-party AI systems and may occasionally be inaccurate or not to your taste. Always preview a story before sharing it with your child. Snuggletale is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or sleep advice.
Privacy
Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Dymolabs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the prior twelve months.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms or the app, and will revise the date above when we do. We may suspend or end access for misuse. You can stop using Snuggletale and delete your account at any time.
